Walking With Hope for 20 Years

Join Life Foundation and thousands of walkers on Sunday, April 17, 2011 for the 20th annual Honolulu AIDS Walk! Registration:8am, Walk starts: 9am. The Honolulu AIDS Walk is an easy 5K walk around Kapiolani Park to help support free services for people living with HIV/AIDS in Hawaii, HIV testing, and education for the community.

You can use this website to register as an INDIVIDUAL or start a TEAM with friends, family, classmates or co-workers. Registration is FREE, but we encourage walkers to fundraise to help support Life Foundation programs and services. Mahalo for caring.

CASH AND CHECK DONATIONS: Please mail check donations payable to Life Foundation to Life Foundation, 677 Ala Moana Blvd. Suite 226, Honolulu, HI 96813, OR turn them in at the Walk. You can also turn in cash to Life Foundation or at the Walk; we do not recommend mailing cash. Life Foundation will add them to your fundraising totals upon receipt of the donations.

BRINGING THE WORLD TO HAWAI’I

For the past two decades, Hawai’i Pacific University’s Intercultural Day has grown into a dynamic annual celebration of culture! This year marks the University’s 27th Intercultural Day. Intercultural Day transforms Fort Street Mall into a marketplace of booths and activities. With students hailing from over 100 countries throughout the world, Hawai’i Pacific University is rich in cultural diversity. Intercultural Day celebrates HPU students by showcasing their unique symphony of cultures to the people of Hawai’i and visitors from around the globe!

Council of Countries sponsored by International Student Services invites you to the 27th Annual Intercultural Day, Friday, April 15th, 2011, Fort Street Mall.

Exhibit booths will be open for judging at 10 a.m.

Parade 11:30 a.m.

Performances 1:00 p.m.

Winners for the exhibits and performance will be announced after the performance. Please contact the International Center at  808-356-5299 or stop by the International Center at UB1100 for more information.
